About Me
My name is Diane C. Parham. I am an articulate, competent, and confident professional IT leader with an in-depth understanding of IT Service Management, Cyber security, Governance principles, leadership, and organizational management. I am an excellent Business IT Professional with outstanding take-charge leadership skills that effectively motivate staff and team members to meet and deliver business requirements.
Having majored in Organizational Leadership and minored in business communication, I have been able to apply my leadership, knowledge, and hands-on work experience as a business IT Professional and leader in the Information Technology arena. I have worked for the past twenty-plus (20+) years in various business industries such as retail, finance, aerospace, healthcare, cyber security, and other IT commercial industries that were environmentally focused.
I firmly believe in relationship management and the benefits thereof while working for Computer Sciences Corporation. I spent much time and talent transforming and developing IT organizational strategies, culture, people, and processes for multiple large companies, CFC Response, Solis Security, Raytheon companies, the County of San Diego, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Children Hospital of Los Angeles, Ascension Health, Enron, Sears and Roebucks, JP Morgan Chase, and a host of other outsourced clients.
In focusing on Information Technology, I am a multi-faceted, enterprising person! I have an established purpose and a pleasant presence in an IT environment.

- My purpose allows me to present, develop, architect, coordinate, and implement quality initiatives within any environment. I also establish working indicators and Key Performance Indicators for monitoring and evaluating service quantity, quality, and appropriateness to end-users and customers.

And even SLA (service level agreement)/ OLA (operation level agreement), project management and Budget, and resource management. These experiences allow me to go into an organization and share the wisdom and knowledge I have acquired over the years serving in these various positions.
